Lisa Fry

Lisa Fry is a seasoned health care executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in supporting clients and companies to grow profitable revenue and improve business operations. With a wide variety of experience in different operating structures, including partnership/LLP model, not-for-profit, publicly-traded and privately-held companies, as well as start-up and financial turnaround situations, she is leading SCP Health’s new top-line revenue growth. Fry began her career in the insurance industry and transitioned into management consulting at KPMG LLP in the National Healthcare Strategy Practice. Following KPMG, she held executive management roles for 12 years at Kaiser Permanente. She was a member of the founding executive team of Avivia Health and led the sales function for the health plan line of business for WebMD Health Services. She was also previously a partner of Subsidium Healthcare.

At SCP, Fry has led the development of new business targeting criteria, overall growth strategy, and articulation of SCP's Value Positioning. She is responsible for the organic growth of SCP’s core service lines, overall competitive positioning of the company, and operational leadership of adjacent service lines and innovation programs including Wellness Works, Consulting Services, Post-Acute Services and Telehealth.

Throughout her career, Fry’s primary areas of focus have been on driving revenue growth for client organizations and supporting clients in combining financial and clinical data with population-based health information to create superior health outcomes and return on investment. Fry holds a Master of Management in Finance and Management Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
