    Care Program covers both facilities

  • Hospital
    Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 300; Oconomowoc Memorial 58

  • ICU Beds:
    ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 24; Oconomowoc 10

  • Mandatory
    Consult ICUs

  • Physician
    shifts: 7a-7p (on site Waukesha); 7p-7a On-call (for both
    facilities with Telemedicine capabilities)


  • NPPA shifts: Physician available via call or telemedicine 24-7

  • Waukesha
    7a-7p; 7p-7a

  • Oconomowoc 7a-7p

  • 7-on;
    7-off scheduling

  • NPPAs
    rotate between the two sites if they are not Nocturnists

  • EMR: EPIC

  • Nurse
    Practitioners must be ACNP certified

  • Full-time
    providers are employed with benefits
