Job Description
- Critical Care Program covers both facilities
- Hospital Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 300; Oconomowoc Memorial 58
- ICU Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 24; Oconomowoc 10
- Mandatory Consult ICUs
- Physician shifts: 7a-7p (on site Waukesha); 7p-7a On-call (for both facilities with Telemedicine capabilities)
- NPPA shifts: Physician available via call or telemedicine 24-7
- Waukesha 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- Oconomowoc 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- NPPAs rotate between the two sites
- EMR: EPIC
- Physicians: Must be Critical Care Pulmonary trained
- Physicians work one week in the ICU and then have the opportunity to work Pulmonary inpatient and clinic
- Nurse Practitioners must be ACNP certified
- Full-time providers are employed with benefits
