Job Description
- One physician per day
- Monday-Friday – hospitalist is on site 7am-3pm and on call 3pm-7am
- Saturday-Sunday – hospitalist is on site 7am-9am and on call 9am-7am
- Epic EMR
- Part of the Ochsner Lafayette General Health System
- Collegial work environment with ED managed by SCP
- Low patient acuity
- 7 on/ 7 off block schedule
- Subspecialty support in Psychiatry, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurology, Otolaryngology, Radiology

Founded in 1958 as a non-profit, general acute care facility, Ochsner Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital is now a 35 bed, full-service hospital.
