Job Description
St. Catherine Dodge-Dodge City, KS- 99-bed acute care facility
- 10 shifts per month (combo of daytime rounding & on-call)
- 120 shifts per fiscal year (July-June)
- MD/DOs on-call for nights
- 12 to 18 encounters per day
- Occasional codes & Rapid Response (support from ED)
- ICU managed by Hospitalists (more like a 10-bed step-down unit)
- Intensivist consult available from Garden City ICU team around the clock
- High acuity patients beyond the Hospitalist and facility’s resources are transferred out
- Epic EMR
- Compensation: $340k
- W-2 employment structure
- Robust Benefits package
- $3,000 annual CME reimbursement
- $30,000 Sign-on or Student Loan Incentive
- Up to $15k Relocation reimbursement
