Job Description
- 193 beds
- Average Daily Encounters – 110+ for the team
- MD/DO oversight of APPs
- Closed ICU
- Full Sub-specialty Support
- Shifts = 6 day MD/DO & 2 APP shift, 1 night MD/DO & 1 night APP shift
- 7on/7off Block Schedule
- Respond to Rapid Response & Codes; NO Procedures Required
- EMR: Cerner
- Physician Rates:
- SCP-employed (W-2) with 90% base + 10% group RVU
- Total Compensation expected to be $285k or higher
- Also includes $26k value Benefits pkg + Malp. (inc. tail coverage)
- Very competitive sign on bonus
- We contract @ 15 shifts per month (of course, you have the option to pick up more)
Additional Information
- BC/BE in FP, FM or IM with ACLS certification
