Job Description
- 160 beds
- Average Daily Encounters – 40+ for the team
- MD/DO oversight of APPs
- Open ICU – ICU Physicians manage vents
- Full Sub-specialty Support
- Shifts = 2 day MD/DO & 2 APP shifts
- 7on/7off Block Schedule
- Days = 7a-7p
- Nights = 7p-7a covered by telehospitalist
- Respond to Rapid Response & Codes; NO Procedures Required
- EMR: Cerner
Physicians:- Relocation allowance available
- SCP-employed (W-2) with 90% base + 10% group RVU
- Total Compensation expected to be $285k or higher
- Includes $26k value Benefits package Malpractice (including tail coverage)
- Very competitive sign on bonus
- We contract at 15 shifts per month (with the option to pick up more)
- Will accept H-1B and J-1 Visa candidates

Community Information
Lake Wales Medical Center is a community-based healthcare provider serving Central Florida since 1930. This service-oriented hospital was the first facility in the county to offer digital mammography.
